Accessing your transaction history
Log into your istana petir account and navigate to the Transaction History page from your account menu. Transaction statuses explained
Pending: Your transaction is being processed. Deposits usually move to Completed within minutes; withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank or e-wallet.
Completed: The transaction has been confirmed. Deposits are credited to your istana petir balance; withdrawals have been sent to your registered account.
Failed: The transaction did not go through. Common reasons include insufficient balance, incorrect account details, or a network error. Contact our support team to retry.
Cancelled: You or our system cancelled the transaction before completion. No funds were moved.
Deposits and payment methods

Resolving transaction issues
If a deposit does not appear in your transaction history after the expected processing time, first check that the transaction shows a Completed status in your bank or e-wallet app. If it completed there but has not credited to istana petir, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. We can investigate and manually credit your account if needed.
If a withdrawal is stuck in Pending status longer than expected, it may be awaiting final verification or there may be a mismatch between your withdrawal account and your registered payment method.
